The business concept we have chosen is not based on sales through our own retail stores. The primary focus of our business is on the wholesale of our products to other resellers, but also on sales through our own website, where you can order each of our products in a safe and fast way with just a few clicks on our page.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

All our products are safe to consume in recommended daily doses. The recommended daily doses as well as the suggested method of administration are recommended for mentally and physically healthy people. In case of allergy or sensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients, we do not recommend its use. In case you are using other medicines at the same time, before using any new medicine or food supplement, it would be good to consult your family doctor or pharmacist.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF DELIVERY IN BIH?

The price of delivery in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina for amounts with a total value of up to 100 KM is 7 KM per shipment. For shipments worth over 100 KM, delivery is free

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect shipment?

In the event that you receive a damaged shipment, you must report the damage to the delivery courier service within 1 hour based on the order on the package. After properly reporting the damage, you need to take a picture of the damage to the object and send it to the email: info@ashwalife.ba and we will exchange the package for you. If you received the wrong shipment by mistake, it is enough to just inform us and send the shipment back so that we can exchange it for you.

ARE THE PRODUCTS NATURAL BASED?

Vitamins and minerals contained in our products, as well as other plants, are on a natural basis and belong to the category of herbal pharmacy, i.e. nutritional supplements, and as such are not considered pharmaceutical products for medical treatment.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER OUTSIDE BIH?

For orders outside BiH, you need to contact the official Ashwalife website in your country. If there is currently no official Ashwalife website in the country you are ordering from, the general distributor for that region is responsible for such orders. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE TO THE ADDRESS?

All orders received on working days (Monday – Friday) by 2:30 p.m., depending on the number of orders received for that day, will be shipped from our central warehouse on the same day or the next working day. Orders received after 2:30 p.m. are shipped the next business day. The deadline for delivery to the address via the courier service is 1 to 2 working days from the moment of dispatch.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping price varies for each country individually. The shipping price for your country will be calculated and displayed when completing the order in the cart before checkout.
